Personally, I'll vote down. Most of your items are unfortunately ****, so are your runes. In your carry build, you have a ton of items, and selling off the big ones for cheap, unneccessary stuff. In your AP build, you include Zhonya's Ring, which doesn't exist.
Besides that, you have a ton of runes, which makes the statistics much harder to view. You may want to check that up.

BTW You should fix your masteries. It says Offense 18 and Utility 9.
