Bloodrazor is not a good item really.
4% of 5-6K HP with 150 MR boils down to about 1.5% of their HP. That's about 90 bonus damage, max. It also doesn't give you a ton of resistances to go Demacia-Dunking and survive. YOu also don't need a ton of AS because of your

No, no, no. You're misunderstanding my bloodrazor complaints. That's 90 damage on someone with 6000 HP. 90 damage per attack is not going to help at all unless you attack a lot. You don't really have the resists to do that either. :/

There's no staple build on a character. However on-hit builds are stupid on most champs who are unable to stick on their targets. Only champ I can think of that uses on-hit well is
I don't think it'd work well on Jarvan. Well I mean sure you can build it and it'd work, but why would you when your Q and R have great AD scaling and your passive is phys damage?

On-hit builds work well (best) on champions with inherit on-hit effects or damage IMO. Like
