Should I build Trinity Force or Lich Bane on Jax? I'm still wondering about this but still don't know...

You should build trinity force.Ap on jax isn't really good he does most damage with auto attacks

...Unless you go balls-out AP with RoA, Rylai's, Rabadons, and Lich Bane.

Well.. I build Guinsoo's Rageblade and Hextech Gunblade .... so I have a bit of ability power too. Should I still buy Trinity ?

Yes. Lich Bane is only worth it if you go for all-out AP.
