pynix on udyr is op! I would say that Ammumu is the best ult due to the raw power of it in team fights and heimer is probably the worst because it requires alot to actually get use out of it unlike most ults.

I'd say for best ult would be darius, if he keeps on getting kills with it, he can spam it to hell and back again. I also love Warwick's when I got a bloodrazor and any other item that has stacks that can be put on the enemy and you can use it to get over walls to hit enemies who think they are safe from them wicked claws~
For worst ulti I'll have to go with...Ryze, it's good if you can keep spamming skills so you can get to it quickly but it doesn't even last long enough to be really useful :\  |

He's ulti isn't a battlebreaker like any of the hardtanks cc ultis. He's the janitor.

I don' think it is possible to pick a best ult but worst is Heimerdinger.

Best? Any Global or Game Changing, AOE Damage ULt. (Also depends on the user)
I.E  Destiny,  Monsoon,  Mega Inferno Bomb,  Undying RageBad? Depends on the user and easily countered.  UPGRADE!!!

worst is caitlyns ult: the channel takes long and the dmg is easy blocked.
