some of the best are cho's
 Feast=great finisher, especially in squishy dominion garen's  Demacian Justice is a great finisher,teamfight wise-most potentially game changing are a good  Absolute Zero and  Curse of the Sad Mummy. and i'd have to say that probably worst is tf's. no damage, just free blockable visibility and teleport anywhere.

^How is Cho's bad. biting someone and taking out 3/4th of their hp and/or killing them(And if you kill them you gain 150+ hp and get bigger) Explain plis.

Worts ult was arguably Taric's before the recent remake. Now I would say it's Mundo's or Heimerdinger's.
Best ult is very likely Curse of the Sad Mummy There's a reason it's called "press R to win teamfight."

Kayle ult can be good but the Kayle needs to be real good and on her toes. If not, Kayle ult sucks.
Mundo ult not very good anymore.
Evelyn ult is okay. Can be pretty good I suppose.
In a fight I probably prefer Heimer ult to Irelia ult.
It's not great but it's certainly not a bad ult.
