Q - Ryze's "Overload"
(Great farming skill, massive damage when you have lots of mana)

W - Singed's "Mega Adhesive"
(Probably the biggest slow in the game o.0)

E - Kat's "Shunpo"
(combined with the flash it's a great escape skill AND deals large amount of damage when using it on an enemy)

R - Pantheon's "Grand Skyfall"
(explanation not needed...)

And probably something like Ryze's passive, you gain a specific percent of health based on your mana, or something like that...

Q - Baleful Strike
W - Locus of Power
E - Arcane Shift
R - Destiny/ Grand Skyfall/ Finales Funkeln

The ult can be any one of those 3.
