But yeah, I sort of agree that he's inconsistent. I sort of like that about him though. I almost would rather see him be an off-tank/bruiser than a full tank. In all seriousness, I NEVER play Voli, but I often see him causing trouble for the opposing team. He holds top pretty well and he can definitely support. The tweaks are interesting though. I like the idea behind the ult. ![]() If you felt I contributed and stuff, can I have a (+1 Rep =3)?

I find him rather good solo top.
7 wins and 1 loss in ranked with him. Some changes yes, but I think those buffs would make him too strong :3

Ahh I can post more detailed answer, but basically it buffs solo top way too much, especially passive :3

His main problems I see is that his abilities are too inconsistent. He has two clearly bruiser style abilities (

Armor and Magic Resistance: 1/2/3/4/5

Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
Magic Damage Per Bolt: 50/75/125 (+0.5 per ability power)
