He can't get banned because he's the one playing on his account, the definition of Elo boosting according to Riot is logging into someone else's account and playing on it to boost their rank.[/quote]

The latter doesn't show up in champion statistics, and the former doesn't mean too much anyway because it doesn't account for game time.[/quote]
