Found a few bugs while creating my RYZE BUILD.

1. I get 39% CDR with Ryze at 18 with 6%+3% from masteries and 2% * 5 from maxing Q
Mobafire shows 20% because it only counts Frozen Heart

Please add mastery cooldown reduction to stats
Please add Ryze 's Q Overload 2% CDR to stats

2. Ryze 's base mana at 18 is reported as 1176 an it is in fact 250 + 55*18 = 1240 and with the 5% bonus from mastery (which should also be counted and scaled from the MAXIMUM MANA , not base) = 1302

1. Masteries and spell passives are not counted in cheat sheets. We're working on the masteries counting. Unknown about having spell passives count.

2. The 5% increase in mana from the mastery is off base. RIOT staff has confirmed this as well.

thanks for the answer but check again for the 5% mastery
just made some calculations and it's not off base

250 base
55 lvl 1 bonus
101.25 runes flat
10.53 runes / lvl

+ 15.25 mastery(5% of base) = 432 mana
+ 20.84 mastery(5% of max) = 437 mana ... and I start with 437 MANA in Summoner's Rift.

Also checked in Dominion, I start at 575 mana and get to 942 after i buy Tear so it scales to max mana.

Not sure but you did something.

the mastery only works off of base.

The tooltip in the LoL client says maximum now instead of base, so I'm doing some double checking. I'll get back in just a second with my personal numbers.

EDIT: numbers don't match up to base mana.

Ryze without expanded mind: 415 without Tear/ 765 with Tear
Ryze with expanded mind : 435 without Tear/ 803 with Tear
5% bonus added onto Tear's 350 mana: 367.5
435 + 367.5 = 802.5

Pretty sure that it DOES scale with maximum mana now. It didn't do that before, but it does it now. Also, I was using my physical offtank masteries, which give no bonus to mana at all.
