Riven HP5 Stats

I was browsing through the database and noticed that despite what I had heard, Riven's HP5 was terrible, according to the database. It has her listed as having 6 HP5 at level 18. This didn't make any sense to me, so I ran over to the LoL wiki and saw that it was actually 12 at level 1, adding 1 per level afterwards.

Fixed.

The confusion was that it used to be listed as HP / 1s rather than 5 sec ^.^
