Sorry for double posting. Vayne's Condemn knocks back 900 units. Poppy's Heroic Charge is approximately 300 units. Orianna's Command: Shockwave is approximately 300 units. Singed's Fling is about 500 units. Volibear's Rolling Thunder is about 300 units.

Those are the ones that I think are the ones that need to be updated.

EDIT: The timeframe to find the exact measurement of 1 unit is very difficult, but if you think in terms of 300, you should be ok. If you choose someone with a base movement speed of 300 ( Nautilus, Ashe, Orianna), then the time it takes to move 300 units is exactly 1 second of unimpaired movement. If that helps you to understand it, then that's good. It definitely helped me.
