PLAYING/PICKING. YOU CAN LEAVE A COMMENT TO MAKE SURE WHICH IT IS. THIS IS ALL IN ORDER. IF 2 CHAMPS ARE IN THE SAME TIER, THE ONE THAT IS PLACED FIRST IS BETTER IN MY EYES. Tier 1 is pretty solidified. As I went through it became harder and harder to place champs, just because you don't see them as often. Mid lane was hardest to place by far. Support and ADC were simple. Top lane was second hardest, jungle was alright. I main jungle so I have a clearer idea about it. These are all my personal opinion. Feel free to leave questions about the tier list and in general. I encourage discussion in this thread even if I don't seem to all the time.
