I have a feeling this will turn into a, make any champion sound OP, topic
 Thanks to DuskToGlory for the sigs. LOL :) Working on a  Pantheon guide, will finish when I get around to it, could be never.

I'd say most, if not all. I think a couple champions have an annoying lack of synergy in their kits. But yeah, in general, each champion has a set of abilities that work together to let them fill a specific role. True, some champions have seemingly random *** skills, but they all are designed to make that champion do a specific role. Then there's characters like  Jayce that have multiple ways they can synergize their moves. Like a baws.

In the end it doesn't matter, he got nerfed and i've been given tips on how to counter him

He has one massive counter that's glaringly obvious. Steal his blue buffs. He can't cry for very long without them. :p
