Wait for her spellshield to be on CD and dodge her Bindings.
That's pretty much all you can do. If your jungler wants to gank, try to bait the shield out of her and initiate when it's on CD. Soraka does a very good job countering her. Soraka is a very mobile champion, and doesn't need to stand still or stop to deal constant damage. If you can dodge Morgana's skillshot then you can really put the hurt on her. Aside that, Morgana is very tanky as far as AP champions go and has amazing sustain with no more than a Doran's Ring. If you can manage to dodge her skillshot, though, you should be fine. Just remember your auto attacks will make creep waves attack you. A lot of people in lower ELO (Don't know your ELO so I'm just stating) tend to ignore minion damage while chasing and end up dying.

 Kassadin -> Silence her any time you want -> Easily dodge bindings when silence ends. Soraka is also a good pick because you can match her spell-vamp sustain.This would be easier if you told us who you've taken to or sent to mid in your previous games.

 Annie is a pretty effective counter, make her use shield by constantly harrassing with  Disintegrate (oh so lulzy low CD), once she uses shield, make it fade and go full combo starting with stun, she'll cry.Also Ranged AD chars that rely on auto attacks such as  Vayne are excelent counters

It's been like 4-5 games and enemies picking morgana mid. I m having a difficult time finding a champ to counter her. because she is ungangable from jungler in generally. Actually i need to ask how can you counter her in mid or gang her? Can't find a way ^^
