Did you ever do Baron?
I ask because the "largest crit" thing can be a little wonky sometimes. I've had 1k crits using Trinity Force, for instance, where I happen to crit while procing the Sheen effect; even though the Sheen proc doesn't crit, the whole thing is considered one hit. It's possible that you crit Baron, for instance, while it was targeting you and you had
Despair up, which could confuse the game as to how much damage your crit actually did, so it showed the full amount of damage you did in that .25 second block rather than just your single hit.

i'm poor so i only have 1 runeset and it's 100% crit runes.
team mates were zil, lulu, heim and corki.
if anyone can tell me how to upload screenshots i can show you a few pics.
