TBH I think this is a very friendly and casual way of kicking him out, Viti. I'm not convinced he had much choice.

These people kinda rely on winning or at least doing well in tourneys to earn money... If your team was losing out on winnings because of someone, you'd remove the weak link. And, tbh, TRM's performance at IEM was distinctly lackluster. You can't pin down TSM's poor performance entirely on him, but... TRM didn't really help their position from what I saw... In my opinion he single handedly loses TSM most of their games, and have been saying he should be removed from the team and replaced by Dyrus for ages now.
I'd have kicked him out long ago, you don't have to explain the team dynamic to me :P

If it were up to me, I'd replace Reginald with someone who knows what the **** goes on in the other lanes.
So many times TRM counter picked himself because the team was telling him what to play. TRM was not TSM's problem, it was their game knowledge and picks. Game 2 vs M5 in Kiev, TSM absolutely RAPED M5 because they outpicked them. At hannover, every game they lost they got outpicked. Tri lane for life.

TRM doesn't play enough top lane champions. His Irelia is garbage.
So his team is forced into bad scenarios. So TBH it is TRM's fault. He's a bad solo top and he plays the lane wrong as well. TSM played poorly at hannover, as well as getting outpicked, yes.

And it wasn't aimed at you or anyone in particular :P @Temzilla: Yeah, TSM are their own worst enemies sometimes... M5 know their picks and counter-picks.
