At maxed rank his W does 20% of the target's max health as bonus magic damage. There is absolutely nothing OP about that! o.o
I like to lane as  Jayce but I hate laning against him because... I'm not Jayce. I like how when he first came out everyone thought he was average. Not OP or UP. If they actually took the time to get to know him they would find him OP. Kinda sucks that he'll get nerfed. No more abusing his OP-ness :(.

Yep, a tournament wasn't needed for that one...
played more Domi recently and got a ****load of Jayces going bot to pretty much win everytime. Just picked an early giant's belt and that's it for most ppl. Riot already realised this earlier but thanks to WC they didn't fully hit any champ and gave him a little mana increase on one of his spells... woohwie..
