Fiora was by far the worst for me. I tried to play her at least 5 or 6 times and she is just really hard to use overall. I got steamrolled by more powerful melee champions and got shutdown by ranged. At least, when I played her she was bad because I suck with her lol.
Evelynn is also hard for me to play and I end up getting ganked right and left because I suck being stealthy.

Oh god, definitely Corki. I just cannot seem to get the hang of him...Honestly I probably will learn eventually, and then like him, but until then....
i told myself I'd never play post rework Eve, but...I started playing her cause free wins ;-;.
Other than that, I don't think i'll ever play Cass, Fiddlesticks, Nami, TF and maybe Urgot.
Special mention goes to TF who I just can't play for the life of me, I used to play him pre 30 in season 1 and I just cba to play him.

I used to play him constantly. My fave by far. Then, at around lvl 25 I started sucking with him.
When I reached Ranked I practised again, then played one ranked game and got demolished. Never again.
Also, Urgot and Udyr... tried them... Warwick is better that Udyr and everyone is better than Urgot.
