Like when you're soraka, some AP comes at you and you go SILENCE! and they spasm unsure if they should go back or keep chasing x)

Xerath is a good champion, but Ziggs, Ap Nidalaee, Ap Kogmaw and Ap Twisted Fate all can poke as well as him.They are also more fun and provide more utility.Many people think xerath is too boring aswell.

Xerath is one of my favorite AP carries to play. He takes learning (When to locust and aiming the skillshots), but if you learn him he can be a very strong champion that can beat alot of AP mids.

I gotta thank being raised on Doom, Wolfenstein and other FPS games for making skill shots unbelievably easy to land.
Gotta agree with what everyone said though. I think there are just better AP champs to suit the current meta. Mobility is a big thing and locust form isn't doing him favors in that category.  |
