If you duo queue, secure jungle/mid/top. Why? Because those positions require you to carry harder and to counter your counterpart. If your bot lane is bad, have your clutch jungler (you or your friend) camp bottom. As for top, make sure you ward and let your jungler friend gank everywhere and let yourself farm top without any insecurities. If you play mid, then make sure you can gank whenever their mid is mia, and you ward both bushes to avoid being ganked, and you can easily secure dragon with your friend.
If you go top, make sure you grab teleport for clutch turnaround ganks and to secure dragon.
