How do you beat Renekton?

Garen has enough sustain to just spin2win near minions and push, head back and heal in a bush. I've personally had some trouble playing Renekton vs Tryndamere.

So you want to beat Renekton?
That's hard since he's one of the strongest laners.

You can trade all day with him when his Fury is <50, don't try to do that when his Fury bar is red tho.
Pick a strong laner like Riven, Jax or something and try to farm. Get your ult before he does and it should be k.

I main Renekton solo top, and i rely heavily on all my skills being up at any given time, i can only gain hp back when i have the upper hand in lane, notice if the renekton hits a minion on his way in with his E because if he doesn't he cant cast it again to get out. most renekton's activate their stun before they dive in, so backing out when you see that flash thing above his head and wait for him to use it on a minion assuming he doesnt want to waste it. after that it has a bit of a cooldown and even tho i only put 1 pt in that stun i rely on it alot for my damage output. Olaf seems to be my problem because he can stand toe to toe with me, and my harrass only makes him stronger. Getting boots before renekton does puts him at a huge disadvantage early game, wait for him to activate that stun and he will try to dive in, when he dives in back off and wait for him to use his second dash, and his stun..when both those things are gone...he loses his advantage...ALL renektons rely on aggression and fear to win their lane...my advice..dnt run from him and try to get him to waste his abilities he initiates with. don't engage him in short bursts, and notice when his stun is up, because that means hes coming in for the kill.

Mark when his CD's are low, get a relatively-sustainy champ or bulky champ.

basically just survive his early game and you win late

if you can, use your reflexes to juke and bait his Cd's out and go manmode on him.

If I play Renekton, I level up the stun first because waay more damage possible as with Q.

Say goodbye to your only lane sustain and best farming move.

Another good thing to note btw is that he pushes when he sustains/harrasses, so if you can stay inside a bunch of your minions and eat his harrass then he will push the whole lane a half-whole wave up. Making him very vulnerable to a jungler gank.
