At first I thought you were trolling but now I'm not so sure.
Health IS really good, but not to the point where it needs nerfs. By this logic, AP is overpowered, since 1 AP will add 5.85 damage to Fiddlesticks full ability combo. Get 1,000 AP and you'll be doing 5,850 more damage! Crazy! Except you leave out the fact that first you need to get 1,000 AP.
