Kalaaver's 6.22 Pre-Season Adc Tier list

If you're are a good or even decent Draven then he's a God Tier honestly but I put him tier 3 because he has a pretty high skill cap, he's still really strong right now with the DD + Dusk + PD combo.[/quote]

Lucian and Jhin can't go armor pen build anymore but run the ER build perfectly fine, but MF was reliant on the arpen build for fat ultimate burst. MF is definitely not T1 anymore (maybe T3). Lucian probably T2, similar to how he was before, and Jhin is in T1 because his utility kit is still unaffected. Quinn definitely is not an ADC and will get abused hard if played in that role.
