ya same here i reinstalled last time... but ive reinstalled like 5 times today alone already... good thing my internet downloads the installer in 3 minutes

Well I didn't have the same problem, but have you tried turning your computer off then back on after a few minutes?

Re downloading the latest launcher sometime solves the problem, but you've done it a few times so that does'nt seem lile the problem.
I think I have encounter this problem before and even after reinstalling multiple times I still could not get the launcher to load.
Here are the things I tried after reinstalling:
1. Check any type of firewall on your computer including the Windows firewall and see if the LoLLauncher has been blocked. I have noticed sometimes after a patch my firewall needs permisson for the LoL Launcher to connect to the internet again. Annoying. Simpliy turn off your firewall, or give the LoL Launcher permisson for the internet.
2. Ive also encountered this problem days after a patch. I couldnt even get to the log in screen. Even just playing a few hours before. After reinstalling it a few times and changing the directory I still couldnt get the damn thing to work. I did a little research and actually ended up on the LoL offical fourm to this Scripit this guy made tht you make and run through note pad and it had a little screen pop up with a progress bar then it said it was finish then i tried my game and it worked. It was werid. Ive tried looking for that thread but havent found it yet. Maybe some1 knows what exactly im talking about?
3. The only other thing i can think of isreinstalling it to a whole new directory if you havent tried thatyet

Okay now I'm at 68% of downloading this bloody patch. And suddenly it goes from a reasonable to 30 mins to a whopping 3hr and 48 min download. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening?
