I think you never ever read Hyfe's Guide.
 Nasus is weak early, yes, but not thaaat weak. He has still one of the best sustain skills in the game. And he can still trade with some champs because Q+lifesteal heals for a big amount.

Every time you don't farm a creep with Q, you basically wasted that Q.
This is the defining factor as to why Veigar = good Nasus = Bad. Veigar can afford to trade with his Q early, Nasus can't. Also animorte wrote:

That's doing them a better favor then being soft about it and they keep losing and losing games for their teams with a garbage champion. I play Fiddles for fun sometimes... Nasus is meh imo, mordekaiser probably didn't build right if he didn't do an damage. I haven't played against a Nasus as morde in awhile though, Nasus is TO reliant on farm to be useful imo. Unless his team can win 4v5 in a lot of early fights he won't do much (and even if he gets farmed a good team can still EASILY outplay him.)

Once get his Q to level 3, you can. Sort of like Irelia, in that respect. Tries not to get into a trade pre-7. after that, won't affect him as much. If Nasus misses out on 5 minutes of CS for his SS, he can make it up easily. Very easily. |

No. Irelia can soak in trades and disengage from trades
Nasus can't. You zone Nasus early he can't sustain back up = loses lane. |

 Irelia doesn't deal enough damage to stop Nasus from lifestealing. Don't forget Nasus has lifesteal quints.Ask Hyfe, he knows everything about Nasus, especially vs Irelia.
