ummmmm the ratio on that expunge seems off. I thought it was .25 bonus AD from what I saw in game on the PBE. I'll have to check again.
EDIT: yeah it's definitely not .2

Xin's ad-ratio on
 Three Talon Strike is increased to 1.2, not decreased. Triforce+Wit's+tanky Xin will be great (because his ad-ratios still suck, but his ult got an ad-ratio, the heal scales now with ap).BTW: Tanky ap/as Xin anyone? |

(so 160% his base ad and 60% of his bonus ad.) if xin had 100 base and 100 bonus 120% total would be 240 160/60% would be 220 they still end up being about the same at early game, which is what i myself have recognized. also, building a metagolem xin or a regular tanky deeps will still be the best way to go. against a magic heavy team i had mercs, wits, maw, last whisper, sunfire, and bloodthirster, ending 29/7/10. i will play xin in a game next time, and tell you what it really true. and unlike darius or olaf, eve is squishy as ****. of course she should out damage them. I seldom use riftwalk for the damage and dealing the damage sets me in bad positions anyways.

Wtf are you talking abiut? She stores a seed every ~ 5 - 10 seconds. Not exactly sure, but why the hell would it be 0.25 seconds?
