TBC actually reduces their armor. This means everybody is going to hit harder. LW only works for your personal attacks and abilities.
If rarely rely on other people anyway, so I can afford to be selfish sometimes. LW is also cheaper. Personal habitual activites? Utilizing gargantuan idioms to fabricate intelligence.

ok hold on a second.
last whisper with the 10% pen in offense (9/21/0) is 46% penetration. couple that with the 15% redux and technically you are penetrating 61% of someones armor. that is a huge amount, especially since everyone has at least 100 armor if not more. anyway, you don't stack % and flat pens. each point in flat reduces the overall effectiveness of the % and vice versa. If % pen was calculated first, it would be more effective to stack both flat and %. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

Lee Sin NOW has % reduction, as far as I know the maths behind this dictates that you stack % pen with %pen. Not flat with %pen because it reduces the overall effectiveness of both.
AD carry should be melting them down regardless because they too get LW, not TBC. Build how you want, I'm just factoring in the math and would prefer LW to TBC.
