Possible changes to Phage

[/quote] I've seen that slow change a lane plenty of times. Edit: Adding one scenario I saw the other day with a Phage win. Irelia going to trade against enemy laner, blade surge to creep then onto them, Equilibrium Strike slow/stun while autoing with Hiten up, 30% slow procs. Irelia chases enemy laner under turret while autoing and gets away with 2 bars. I'm pretty sure that slow helped Irelia get the kill. There are a lot of other scenarios like that obviously.[/quote]
