Man... they nerfed Ryze's Range on his Q!
I can't tell if they are buffing him or nerfing him with all these different changes, what do you guys think?

its a rework, hes pretty much staying the same.
his q is dealing the same amount of damage as before, just scales less with mana but double scaling from ap and a little higher base damage.
the damage reduction on his w is barely noticable. -5 damage per 1000 mana.
e is getting a buff, 10 damage per 1000 mana. its not much but its something.
and the ult change is pretty great as well, since rylais is a bad choice for ryze its hard to catch enemies. now with the huge *** ms boost you can catch them easier.

what? hecarim isn't mediocre.
also, he was just released last patch. they usually dont nerf/buff anything for a while unless its gamebreakingly op or up. since he is neither, riot is taking their time and seeing where he needs some changes and what those changes will be.
but in my guess thats none for a while.

Ye, IMO he's mediocre, he's too squishy from his base stats to be real tank without being really gear dependant, his ratios are kinda meh, so he kinda falls out in late-game although he's not a midgame powerhouse like others junglers. (Ye talkin' about jungle, I didn't play him on top).

Only 25 range! Melee range is 125; just saying. This is a buff; riot buffs their most broken champion... -_-
