 Riven snowballs hard, which is what I expect happened in your games. She doesn't just win every lane though and it's not "easy" for her against everyone.

riven is a strong champ, but not op

Anyone with good range, she'll lose to. Anyone with a better danger zone than her, she'll lose to(Olaf for example). Anyone with good sustain, she'll lose to.
Nunu is a decent pick vs her because he has pretty much all of these things. Snowball for range, consume for sustain, free spells with his passive, hurts Riven's passive with snowball. The list goes on.
