Wrong Luther. I know for sure it doesn't remove his personal bonus OR aura but it might remove others aura (that's what lol wiki says)

Well I know for sure that he retains both his personal bonus and aura after popping. But whether or not his team loses their bonus I can't say for sure. Lol wikia was where I checked

He's really strong, but he's an aggressive support which I'm guessing Riot likes. Riot's been nerfing passive / sustain lanes because they are more boring. Taric also pays for his early game late game imo, but people never really shoot for late game anymore.

Taric IS an aggressive support, and now that you point it out, I am happy that its slowly changing like that. Karma is another aggressive support. When I play her I always tend to be in the bushes scaring off the enemy team from CS and zoning pretty well. Sadly, I don't pick her up because even though she is strong, there is a support that "does it better" so to speak. Anyways, I was getting off topic. I would have never seen it that way. This was changed in his rework way back in September and it appears the Mobafire entry was never updated until now.
