It's a new summoner spell (I think it's only for Proving Grounds in custom games) that gives you a damage shield that scales with level. Rather like the active on
 Locket of the Iron Solari, but it only shields your champion, not your allies.

Barrier gives the same amount as heal +25, but barrier has a lower cd of only 105 or so seconds. It is only for the proving grounds ATM...which is pretty awesome to play aram on :)

the only thing i dont like about aram is that the game always comes down to the luck of the draw, who got the better teamcomp and who got characters they're good at.

This is so ****ing gay and not funny, i hope enough ppl rage about this **** so RIOT takes out all Dominion-settings from Proving Grounds, or at least gives us the alternative to play a normal, good round aram there.
