I think teemo is shacos son. for one look at there abilities they're mostly similar put twisted a little, and there both psycho killers let me quote teemos lore " teemo walks a thin line between chipper compatriot and unrepentant killer" and shacos a fricken clown nuff said, and even though teemos a yordle and shacos probably human but there nothing to say they cant mix and have a baby
