Urgot has been dominating lanes since someone remembered to make him stick with Soraka. However, I think he has severe problems lategame and don't this it's fair do nerf his Q like this without giving him better protection.
I belive he will become underplayed like he was when I started playing. |

I went vrs. an Urgot today who went mid and he was pretty good. I mean he wasnt difficult to lain against but he was not a push over either.

I remember reading somewhere on the forums (no link to lazy to get) morello said they were undoing the Q nerfs and they will nerf him in other ways if needed.
