Because nothing that goes wrong in the match could possibly be my fault, and no one else is supposed to be in my lane ever. Duh.

Cause apparently it's the jungler's fault when your entire team pushes like mad and gets ganked by the enemy jungler.

I don't really find an issue with people blaming jungler anymore like I used to. It's more like "oh you lost lanes happens, can't win them all" or "oh you got caught of well, lets wait for re-spawn" Now if you **** up something outside of lane in mid/late game then have fun not getting **** for 'throwing' a game.

Nothing has ever gone wrong when I jungle these days, I mean, I made a ton of mistakes when I started out, but now? Nope I make like less than maybe 3 mistakes?

Jungle's sole job is to provide pressure on lanes that need it.
Those could be winning or losing lanes. Bottom line it isn't appropriate to blame them for everything, but their job is to NOT sit in the jungle all day.

You gotta have thick skin if you are playing jungler or you'll lose your mind eventually (or get banned).

Yeah pretty much what jeffy said. I wanna add that if you go to someone's lane and give their lane opponent a kill that can piss off a ton of people for "feeding their lane" especially top where that's really hard to recover from.
