I see in pro streams people use A a lot to last hit I mean, do it have a plus compared to right click? I noticed the movement is fluid when you use A because you dont have to interrupt the champion course?

There is literally no difference to inexperienced players.
If you use A though, it reduces your chances of walking over to the spot because you'll attack everything on the way there.

This says it all, but I find it more important that Lugi gives it credit for. It literally keeps you at max range in fights if you use attack move. +Rep me if i'm useful!

Using A also prevents you from getting kited in the bush area since you'll AA the target on site instead of having to right click. Also using A to cs feels so much better then right clicking. A lot of ADC players say that A is better.

In my case, A in teamfights, right-click for last-hitting. I've always thought everyone played more or less this way.

I've never used A in any situation, but then again I still use my mouse to place Skill Points instead of Ctrl + Q/W/E/R

I mean, A is good for facechecking bushes, especially to avoid being kited. Other than that A and rt clicking serve the same purpose
