Talon or Wukong or Kennen. I can only buy 2 so who of the 3 are better for solo top. I know kennen can solo top or mid. Pros and cons for each. Please provide some detail not just "wukong" or "talon", "kennen" etc.

If you are familiar with melee champions, than Wukong is the best choice for top.
Talon doesnt have escape mechanism so i wouldnt reccomend it unless you are 100% sure you will have a solo vs solo on top. Wukong can easily take even 1v2 on top. Kennen is better suted for solo mid but if you prefer ranged over melee he is as valid as Wukong. So it is all down to what you prefer - ranged or melee. Did i help you? Click that +Rep

I cant decide between nocturne or lee sin. I havent played either but i have seen commentaries of both. I my main champion is akali if that helps. If i could get some responses like which of the two you enjoy playing more or who is more viable; the responses would be greatly appreciated.

That said, I strongly recommend you play the champion before purchasing them. There are a lot of things to spend your IP/RP on, so it's best to just wait until they're on rotation before buying them.

I've got 3150 IP to spend, already have Morde, Shaco, and Twitch. I'm thinking about buying Udyr, Rammus, Katarina, or Gragas. Possibly Akali. I like to jungle, and when Rammus was free, I had a lot of fun with him. But I've heard Udyr was the best jungler. Katarina looks really fun to play, and Gragas looks like a great harasser. Help?

 Gragas - Can be godlike AP carry but his skills are tricky and you can easily screw your team with wrong ultimate positioning. Katarina - Great for noob stomping but as you get matched with better people, she becomes focused and you mostly die before you can unleash your ultimate. Udyr - Amazing jungler, but needs to be played good to be effective. Good Udyrs can dominate, bad udyrs can lose your game. Akali - Amazing assassin with huge damage. If you intend to play her on ranked, main some other champion, because shes banned most of times under 1500 ELO.
