Why are the follwing champs banned?

Just wondering in alot ranked games following are always banned...

Shen
Shaco
Morgana
Kassadin

Global presence at 6.

Everyone has to change their playstyle to keep him in check. He also snowballs really well.

She's a boring lane to play against and she brings a stupid amount of utility to team fights.

He's a counter to almost all standard mids. People don't feel like sending an AD champ mid to counter him. His mobility is also really strong.

Shen- Can aid his team globaly, allowing him to splitpush very effectivly which most teams do not feel like having to deal with

Shaco- His early ganks are really strong, and if your team does not know how to deal with him he will snowball hard. Vs organized teams he is not so strong though.

Morgana- She can push all day easily, she is safe with her shield and her ultimate is pretty game changing.

Kassadin- Hes not really banned as much anymore. He can win most lanes and can roam and gank for other lanes.

That is the reasoning those champs are banned more or less.

Kassadin is out of stupidity, SPECIALLY in low elos. Low elo players can't play him for sh1t, so if you send a decent ad carry mid he'll get his *** handed over to him. However, if he passes and you propose taking ad carry mid, half the time you'll get OMG TROLL REPORT I GO MID RYZE AND OWN KASSADIN

Shaco has very good mid ganks versus some mids/with some supporting mids (veigar is a beast in utility ganks, as well as twisted fate with gold card + flash). He snowballs hard, and helps snowball a lot. Requires intelligence to be shutdown early, as well as, if possible, a good counterjungler.

Shen is blatantly an amazing champion due to ulti and utility.

Morgana brings a lot of utility, as said, and she is hard to lane with mostly because people loose their focus with the idea of shutting her down. If you're good, dodge her Q and farm potently you're halfway through beating her

shen - global ulti
shaco - insane jungle speed
morg - can stun everyone
kass - not really.

Shen - The ultimate and the taunt. He basically just pisses everyone off, so thats why he is banned.

Shaco - Fast jungle speed and exceptional ganks.

Morgana - Massive utility + multi-stun.

Kassadin - Built-in wall blink, 2 nuke abilities, and AA buff. Not really a problem if you know how to counter him, so idk why people ban him.

Actually, all of them are relatively easy to deal with just no one wants to. Shen is easily knocked out of his ultimate by a movement displacer or hard CC, Kayle also works him up and down the lane. Shaco sucks after 20 minutes and wards are his mortal enemy. Kassadin is squishy as balls and hard CC stops his annoying ultimate. Morgana just needs to be bursted by an AD champion.

Mostly they are banned because they pubstomp idiots.

Shen to me is just a big dingus. He can easily lose his lane to Riven or the hardcore counter Udyr. Using Stand United? Get Bear Stanced! I wouldn't ban Shen myself but everyone cries when he uses his ultimate. Why not just ban Soraka or Ashe or Karthus or Gangplank? (in fact most of these champions are banned in high ELO games due to their global presence).

Shaco shouldn't be banned either. His late game is relatively mediocre to be honest and counter-jungling him is not hard at all. Just his ganks are the only problem. I would occasionally ban him if my team wants me to, otherwise just completely skip.

I ban Morgana myself just because I don't want to have a boring laning phase. When I see them choose Morgana I throw myself to pick Swain to out-damage anyways. She can't really power-burst anyone down even if rushing all damage items. She farms relatively well too. I'd say Anivia would be better then her in most if not all cases.

Kassadin, just no. If someone bans Kassadin you know they're going to first pick a mid AP champion. Make sure you own Talon, Swain and/or Pantheon and the next time you see someone take Kassadin, punish them.

I think we need moar Cassiopeia, Kayle, Karthus, and Olaf bans.

I agree with Cassiopeia and she already is banned quite often.
Not so much Kayle. As far as I'm concerned, Kayle is the #1 counter to Mordekaiser and that's why I wouldn't ban her.
Karthus is meh. Counter-pick with Soraka or some BS heal/shield champions and his laning phase sucks harder then every mid AP.
Olaf is top tier IEM/MLG ban because YOU CAN'T EFFING STOP HIM FROM RUNNING AT YOU! Bromaciaaaaa!
