Since its buff plus the 10% boost in Masteries, it's used a lot more often than before hand. I personally take it every time I support.

Chaox was running Heal on AD throughout the Kings of Europe tournament too. I can't remember if he did at Kiev but I think so.

Bro, I played a match today and 2 enemies got heal. They avoided dying a lot because it saved them, and my LeBlanc was shouting "omg, noob heal, uninstall this ****"
