Mordekaiser. he will just kill himself and he his passive is among the worst in game in his current situation. He is unplayable now in any position because he will just kill himself. Also by nerfing his passive his 1 vs 1 ability is now really poor. It's bad when a champion without CC gets owned by nearly every champion who does have CC in a 1 vs 1 situation and in laning.
As evelynn you can actually still try and get fed by stealthing around and killing people who are unaware of eve. |

Apparently Shaco is being banned in high elo play.
(I dunno if those buffs actually did something or if the high elo players are jumping the gun on this one but I'm gonna hold my tongue about him sucking for now.. :P)
