Try
 Olaf, the  Undertow makes him a very fast jungler,  Reckless Swing is a strong ability on early game,  Vicious Strikes will let you stack HP and have a great survival mixed with his passive ( Berserker Rage), and the  Ragnarok will save you 99% of the times.

For 4800 IP I would suggest Udyr. I got him myself a couple of days ago and so far I'm pretty pleased with how he is doing. The only problem that I run into playing Udyr is lack of communication/help with warding in solo queue.
The turtle/pheonix combo is enough to keep me in jungle through the 15 minute mark without any runes or b'ing. If you are clever enough and have the timing down perfect, you can escape any one/two man gank/counter jungle by alternating bear/turtle. Proc bear, hit the champ(s) to get the stun off, run, proc turtle for shield, repeat. Had a WW chase me across map one time, having about 100hp the whole way :D |
