Rammus Maybe Nocturne Rammus epitomises easy to use and good ganks, though. His ganking ability is crazy. Spin up and taunt.

 Maokai - 2 CC's and really tankyYou gotta clarify on how ganks backfire. First of all, you need to make sure you have enough health compared to the lane you are ganking. Then you have to make sure enemies have little to no time to prepare for your gank.

I think for
 Udyr you use  Flash >  Bear Stance for instastun, then  Tiger Stance.Good gankers are:  Jarvan IV, but uses a ton of mana. Amumu is a great ganker, but reliant on  Bandage Toss Soraka is an AWESOME ganker, she has a silence and slow from autoattacks. DEFINITELY BEST GANKER.

Have to say
Nocturne is excellent when it comes to jungling. Lifesteal+AoE damage from his passive make jungling fast and easy, as well as attack speed from his second move. When it comes to ganking he is very difficult to run away from. Just pop a  Duskbringer in there direction and chase. If you get your third move(sorry forgot the names>_<) on the enemy champion(Third move fears the target enemy after 2 seconds). By doing this you can often force them to waste a flash to get away.  Paranoia is his ulti, allows you to catch up to a fleeing enemy if needed.

I think you could try Xin Zhao, his ganks have two very good CCs and his damage output is very high, when coupled with CC from the lane he gets an absolute kill

 Sion has really strong jungle in lower ELO's too. His Q + Ghost almost always means a free kill if they don't ward.

This time i need your help with jungling.
Im not exactly confortable with it, cause my ganks usually backfire...
i wanted you guys to recommend me a champion who was easy to use and has good ganks
so far i tried:
-shaco (he's fun strong but gets ban A LOT)
-ww (i've never been able to actually do anything decent with him.... too much ulti dependant)
-Udyr (he has fast jungle clearing but i feel the ganks are.... weak? maybe im doing it wrong though....)
suggestions?
