I'd say
 Heimerdinger, but that's because I think he sucks *** and that his late game is meh. Never saw a heimer survive lategame, no matter how farmed and fed.

How about Brand? Not usually underrated, but from what I've seen, definitively underplayed. He's basically a LeBlanc with a stun and skillshots.

I love Malzahar mid and it's always fun when
going against someone who doesn't know his skillset. Someone who's very underrated and underplayed mid however, is AP  Malphite.
