i used to play on north america servers, i made lv 20 there . BUt now i changed to nordic-east europe since the servers are close to me . I like to play evelynn , teemo and darius . I am curently gathering ip for Sona ,cause i like her as a suport char ...she can make a difference .
Now im level 19. I own : Tryndamere,Annie,Evelynn,Karthus,Pantheon,Teemo,Twitch,Veigar. |

Your still lvl 19 and 20 wait for lvl 30 before looking for a team you wont find any at your actual level but you can still play with friends and so on but you cant play reanked till lvl 30

guess you are right :) , but im tired of playing with people that i don't know ... i hate when im in a team with 1 or 2 noobs that ruins the game T.T
