Intro: Tactical gaming is a tight knit, very well structured, very active clan open to players of all skill levels and experience, whether you're a casual or hardcore player. TG uses the latest version of team speak for communication and a headset and mic IS required. We consider communication one of our most important keys to success and encourage all of our members to participate in active discussion on Teamspeak and in our website forums. Your average discussion will encompass anything from tactics and LoL strategy to just hanging out and laughing together. We also have different divisions for those in North America and players from Europe and other global areas to accommodate the differences in time zones.

Squads and Structure: TG is broken into a squad system with a chain of command. We have intro squads for new recruits, and a large variety of casual and competitive squads, all of which are very active. Squads will range on average from 5-10 players with whom you will become very close with. There is a squad leader and assistant for each squad who are responsible for enforcing conduct, communication, team cohesion, tactics and a variety of other core values. Squad members will be evaluated with a point system for attending mandatory and optional practices and are able to rank up and apply for a squad staff position based on this system and other factors such as skill and dedication; they will be able to create or run their own squad if desired. Upon completing the application process you will be placed into one of our intro squads and evaluated based on skill level, how active you are and whether you wish to be competitive or casual. You will NOT be punished or ridiculed if you are not a skilled player. We have a mentor system and many experienced players more than willing to help teach you how to become better. DON'T be embarrassed to ask for help. One of our members was actually ranked number one in ranked solo queue for a few days a couple weeks ago. For those of you who think you know what you are doing and wish to jump right into a competitive squad you can request a quick transfer into one of our competitive squads which you will be tried out for by the respective Squad Leader and their members. Our casual squads DO have mandatory practice twice a week (exceptions are always made for real life obligations), but aside from that and TG basic conduct there is not much else required of you. Our competitive squads take recruiting seriously and skill level WILL matter. You can always reapply to a competitive squad at a later time if you do not make the cut initially. Our competitive squads actively participate in ranked tournaments and other LoL events.

Application Process: All the info about the clan and how to apply is included in the links below. This is how the application process works for those of you who want to get straight to the point: Read through the TG rules and regulations, you will be required to take a test to make sure you will understand and abide by the rules and regulations. Once your application is submitted and your test completed you will receive an email on how to proceed. The test is NOT difficult, and all of the answers can be found in the guide which will be provided in a link prior to taking the test. It's primary purpose is to weed out the serious players from the not so serious ones and reinforce our policies of keeping a structured, respectful team of players. While we do take conduct seriously in TG and encourage our community to be mature and respectful, it is important to understand that we aren't a bunch of stuck up hard heads which may be your initial impression while reading through our guidelines and going through the application process. We all have a ton of fun together and work well as a team of players and friends and encourage you to take the next step in your League of Legends career and join our family. Feel free to ask questions in this thread or add Fr0stWo1f in game if you have anything you would like to ask directly. Hope to see you all soon!
