How do you get images/icons or just headings to the middle above all the text??

You mean like this?
Use [center] tags. Just be sure to close them with [/center] or the centering will carry through everything.
Example: [center][h2]You mean like this?[/h2][/center] Headers and things work the same way. If you mean chapter titles on guides, though, you can't change those. They will stay left-aligned, as far as I know.

Did they alter the [masteries/runes/abilities] code?
My guide doesn't load beyond the chapter title Masteries unless I remove that particular line of code and then it gets stuck at the runes chapter etc... But I am able to see the results on other guides, but not their codes :P So if anyone knows what I am doing wrong, I'd like some help.
