Seems like it might b a lot of work to keep it all organized, but I guess you don't have too :o

I'm not entirely sure but, I think that's what tags are for.
You tag something with "tier list" and all the posts with that tag will be under the same tag for easy access.
+Rep me if I helped you. Otherwise, look at my Maokai guide!
Oi! Look at my green name! So pretty! :D |

Well we are discussing the addition of categories. Not sure on exactly how the final implementation will look... The main questions are... Can authors make up their own categories or do they have to choose from a set of pre-determined categories, and can authors choose more than one category for their blogs.
Maybe we could provide a group of pre-defined categories, which have some advantages if you use those (as our filtering options would likely only list the pre-defined categories) with the option of setting a custom category, and you can only choose one category per article. So your categories would be "Playlists", "Tier Lists" and "My Life", and your articles would each only fall under one of those categories.

As Lugignaf said, you can definitely use tags for this as well. The benefit of categories would be more that we can use those in the system across all blogs, in the case of using pre-defined categories.
Needs more thought :)

Allowing members to make their own categories just seems like something that'll lead to 5000 troll-categories to me :|
It's just a matter of having enough categories :) ![]() Thanks to jhoijhoi, GrandmasterD, The_Nameless_Bard, MissMaw, JEFFY40HANDS, Xiron and myself for the sigs! |

To be honest I feel tags wouldn't be the greatest, you would first have to find a post with the specific tag click on it, then search for the specific post in the listed.
This is what I meant. ![]() You could do this and something like have a tier list blog and post in the subject separated by dates only instead of creating a new post each time. Ie.
All on one post - With a "Table Of Contents" get to the sections quickly.

Hm... That sounds like a bit of overkill, you're not building a personal wiki in the end, you're writing a blog :) I'd prefer to keep it a little simpler and more consistent between blogs.

Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says give me your best shot, pal. I can take it." |

The three categories Life, Music and League of Legends (possibly separating tier lists/opinions on the viability of champion A or item B from stuff like fanfiction and other self-created stuff?) seem to cover most of the stuff written so far..
