Low ping, High lag

hi,
I am having this weird problem lately with lags.
when Im in a game it says 109 ping and its all cool, but when Im starting to farm and do team fights the characters stop moving, and my hp get down fast although I dont see anyone attacking me and so on...

this problem accrued just recently.

any tips?

btw Im on the eu server

That's probably just a computer problem. Try lowering the settings on your game.
BTW, this is a fansite. You might want to try putting it on the official forums first.

What system do you run? If it's Vista, there's a problem with Vista that causes lag spikes at periodic moments.

well, I can assure you that its not a system problem, the game ran on full settings for about an year for me smoothly.

I run win7, and Im pretty sure its a internet/server problem.

@Lugignaf already did that champ.

Well, if you just got it recently without changing any settings, it could also be the recent server attacks LoL has had, I have been somewhat laggy myself recently ;S

When you open up the launcher, before you hit play, click on the gears on the top right (options).
A window will pop up. Make sure "Allow Peer to Peer Transfer" is turned OFF.
