 Greater glyph of potency is there as you can see. I don't know whether someone fixed it but it's there. Have another look. EDIT #1: I also had a look at lulu (my bad) and it's there also.

Sooooo, I discovered something! The glyphs do not show up when you put in the search filter for magic. But they do show up when you look at all of the runes!

The filters should be fixed now, try again. It was due to a glitch on the rune editor. Glitch will be fixed shortly as well.
