I managed to "click" it by using tab and then enter (it didn't show the dotted outline when selected though), but otherwise I wasn't able to click it with the mouse.

Just confirmed the Cancel button doesn't work either. Didn't notice because I always intuitively closed it by clicking outside of the box.
